I received a few picture frames from a friend of mine. They are not very pretty - you know the kind - laminated wood. I altered one with paper scraps from the Silhouette Paper Packet and a little ribbon from the Designer Black Ribbon Round Collection. This cost me only pennies to make and it was a lot of fun. Don't throw out those old, ugly picture frames - update them! |
